At Prison101 Consulting, a service of Dalis G. LLC., we are committed to providing professional consulting services and educational resources of the highest quality. Because our services involve personalized consulting, strategic guidance, and digital products, this Refund Policy explains when refunds are and are not available.
By purchasing our services or products, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this Refund Policy.
Consulting Services
Consultation fees compensate for the time, experience, preparation, and professional guidance provided during your scheduled appointment.
Once a consultation has taken place, consultation fees are non-refundable.
Retainer Services
Retainer agreements reserve consulting time and availability for your matter.
Payments made toward a retainer are non-refundable once consulting services have begun or work has commenced on your behalf.
If no work has been performed and no consulting services have been provided, refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Prison101 Consulting.
Form Preparation & Documentation Services
Services such as form preparation, documentation review, transfer request packages, classification packages, hardship requests, and similar customized work begin upon receipt of payment.
Because these services are personalized and prepared specifically for each client, fees are non-refundable once work has started.
Digital Products
All sales of digital products, downloadable guides, survival kits, templates, checklists, eBooks, courses, and educational resources are final.
Due to the immediate nature of digital access, no refunds, exchanges, or credits will be issued after purchase.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Our goal is to provide every client with knowledgeable, compassionate, and professional guidance.
If you have concerns regarding the services you received, we encourage you to contact us promptly so we can work toward an appropriate resolution whenever possible.
Chargebacks
Clients agree to contact Prison101 Consulting before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback with their financial institution.
We are committed to addressing concerns in good faith and resolving issues whenever possible.
Modification to This Policy
Prison101 Consulting reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time.
Any revisions will be posted on this page with an updated Effective Date.
