Who I Am

I'm Not Just a Consultant — I'm a Survivor Who Leads with Truth

I’m Dalis Freixa. I spent three years inside one of Florida’s most notorious women’s prisons, but I came out with more than a sentence served — I came out with a mission. Today, I’m a nationally recognized prison consultant, reentry strategist, and the founder of Prison101 Consulting, helping families, inmates, and professionals navigate the criminal justice system with real-world clarity and compassion.

What Drives Me

This Work Is Personal

Prison didn’t break me. It activated me.

Behind those bars, I created a reentry course. I taught. I led. I built a blueprint that has since become a movement

— shaping second chances for those societies too often discarded.

Now, I use my story to drive system change, mentor the justice-impacted, and provide strategies for lasting reentry success.
